Melissa Gijsbers is an author, booklover, and advocate for creative writing and reading as tools for wellbeing and mental health. With over a decade of experience, Melissa has inspired individuals aged 8 to adults to unleash their creativity through creative writing. As a published author and late diagnosed autistic & ADHD woman, Melissa brings a unique perspective to the table. Breaking free from conventional norms, Melissa passionately believes that creative writing and reading should be joyful experiences, far from the rigid structures often associated with English classes.
